MetroWaxx was started in 2005 in Johnston Iowa. We are a local woman owned waxing only salon. We opened our Des Moines location in 2017. At MetroWaxx we want you to receive your Best Wax Ever not only a slogan but a guarantee. We strive to give every client excellent service and empower our female staff members through education, fair wage, and work/life balance. Come experience the MetroWaxx difference.
Specialties
We offer full waxing services for both men and women. These services include brazilian & bikini waxing for women, leg, back, chest, eyebrow, lip, chin, arm, and underarm. If you can grow it, we can most likely wax it. To keep up with the latest techniques and products, the staff from MetroWaxx regularly travels to national skin and spa shows. We also bring in trainers from various vendors.
