KettleBURN Fitness, LLC offers "one on one" and group training classes. We are there merely to push each other, teach proper form, fundamental movements, and get the best workout we can. The workouts are individual based, and scalable to everyone's own capabilities. You can workout as hard as you want to push yourself. We are not there to look over your shoulder, but merely there to workout together, give each other encouragement, training tips, and extra motivation that we all need.
