Helping Special Needs Adults Live Their Best Lives Learn more about our home-based program for people with intellectual disabilities in Waterloo, IA Julian Unleashed Inc. is a is a home and community-based program for people with developmental disabilities, like autism, based out of Waterloo, IA. Our company was founded by Leah Whittler in support of her son, Julian. Leah saw a need for a program that respected individual autonomy and fostered a fun environment, so she created one herself.
