Hardline was founded on March 25, 2018. We spent our first summer in business operating our mobile unit at the Sioux City Farmers Market. We celebrated the grand opening of our first cafe and roastery in January 2019.

Cute place for a specialty drink of a quick pastry. Very friendly and helpful. Thanks form the couple visiting the city for breakfast. Great recommendation for a next stop.

Definitely not 5 star, but not the worst. Coffee was mediocre at best. Ordered a quad Americano with steamed breve. My coffee was not hot. The little art studio in the back was kind of cool....

Such a neat vibe! I got the coffee flight... been dying to do this somewhere and it is such a fun way to sample coffees. Was a bit more bitter than I'm used to but still very good! Beautiful art...
