HistoryAmerican EyeCare first opened its doors in 1980 in the Keokuk mall. Deciding to make a larger impact, American EyeCare was moved to Burlington and opened in 1982. After a few years of good success, we expanded and opened a second location back in Keokuk in 1985. American Eyecare opened the only full service lab in Southeast Iowa in 1989, which has expanded and is still in service today. In 1999, American EyeCare opened their third location in Ft.
