Strength Martial Arts Academy

HistoryStrength Martial Arts Academy was started out of our home on Mother's Day, Sunday, May 13, 2018. We have been ongoing ever since.SpecialtiesWe teach traditional Taekwondo. This involves forms, techniques, self-defense and one-steps, sparring, board & brick breaking, and most importantly, the history of Taekwondo. Students will learn bo staff, escrima, and nun chucks routines and creative forms (at Black Belt level). Students will learn basic attack self-defense moves to help resist attacks involving wrist grabs, hair grabs, bear hugs, chock holds, full & half nelsons, and head locks.
