History

Procopio started his local Italian eatery in 2006. He has moved to downtown on 2nd Street and created a beautiful new restaurant that doubled in size. We now have a beautiful rustic bar and serve wine, beer and spirits. We recently purchased the two buildings next door and are expanding!

If you get a salad at Prcopios you absolutely must try the Hot Bacon Salad Dressing!!! Holy cannoli is this a keeper!! Atmosphere is very nice too. Service was prompt and attentive.
