Oliver Winery, opened in 1972, is one of the largest wineries in Indiana. The company has a wide collection of dry, semidry and semisweet wines. It produces Camelot Mead, a semisweet wine made from honey. Some of its dry wines include Cabernet Sauvignon, Chambourcin Nouveau, Zinfandel, and Sauvignon Blanc. The winery produces more than 300,000 gallons annually. The company operates a 15-acre garden, and 35-acres of vineyards that include a mix of vinifera, Native American varieties and interspecific hybrids. It also provides an assortment of gourmet picnic foods. It offers complementary tours on Saturday and Sunday, and 50 percent discount on case of merlots. The firm also offers quantity discounts on purchase of six and above bottles. Oliver Winery is located in Bloomington, Ind.
