We started our business in honor of my mom, Sherry who passed from renal failure in April 2018. All she ever wanted was diet food that didn't taste bland and horrible. We strive to create a family atmosphere and make you remember your moms home cooked meals, the healthy way!

We specialize in macro based nutrition, offering vegan, keto and regular home cooked fresh meals. We also offer protein desserts and snacks!
