Lincoln Foodservice designs, manufactures, and markets commercial and institutional foodservice equipment, serving systems and utensils. Its products include pots, pans, bakeware, trays, kitchen utensils, food slicers, cutters, and wedgers. It is one of the largest manufacturers of conveyor ovens, aluminum foodservice supplies and other cooking equipment. Its Impinger brand ovens cook food approximately two times faster than standard convection ovens and two to four times faster than conventional deck ovens. The company also manufactures and markets a line of food steamers. Lincoln distributes its products via a network of sales representatives and independent dealers located throughout the United States. The company was incorporated in 1957 but traces its roots back to 1901 with the founding of the United States Aluminum Company. Its headquarters are located in Fort Wayne, Ind. Lincoln is a subsidiary of Enodis, a worldwide company focused on the design, manufacture and supply of food equipment.
