Chef Joseph Allison formerly of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania has more than 14 years in the culinary industry. His experience is with Red Lobster, Donato's Italian Restaurant, The Capital Grille, and The Art Institute of Indianapolis. The former Executive Chef Partner at The Capital Grille where he spent 8 years with the company, gained numerous awards from employee of the year in 2009, best culinary team in CG in 2010. Chef Allison transitioned into education in 2012 as an adjunct instructor in Indianapolis. His passion, experience and awareness to instruct culinarians secured a full-time position as chef instructor. Chef Allison has also taken on opening J&C Culinary a private chef company that features working with Professional Athlete Vontae Davis of the Indianapolis Colts and several other clientele. Joseph assisted two new restaurant openings in the area. Cropichon et Bidibule a french bistro downtown Massachusetts Avenue, and 112 Village Kitchen in Zionsville.
