HistoryCity Pest Control, Inc. was started in 1979 by Rob Kendall. Our goal then was to help customers solve their pest problems with simple, affordable solutions. More than 30 years later our philosophy remains the same. During the first few years we operated with minimal overhead to allow the business to grow. Our focus was building a base of operations to provide our customers the necessary equipment and knowledge to provide effective pest management programs. In 1987 we built our first office and shop on Northwest 3rd St. in Linton. In 1995 we saw the need for more office space. So we acquired property at our present location, on Northeast A St., and started construction of our new facility. We moved into our present office and shop on April 1, 1996. With our recent addition of Clayton Kendall, a second generation pest management specialist, we expect to be providing pest management services for many years in the future.SpecialtiesOur pest management service programs are the safest and most effective means of pest control for the inside of your home or business. We call it, perimeter pest management. This service focuses on controlling pest populations on the outside before then can enter the structure. We offer three levels of quarterly service. Basic Service Plan offers outside service to be performed once in the spring, summer, early fall and late fall. We only treat the outside, so there is no need to schedule appointments, which is more convenient for you. Premium Service Plan consist of three exterior treatments and one interior treatment per year. Platinum Service Plan consist of four interior and three exterior treatments per year. This includes termite monitoring program to help detect termite activity in the area. Other services include termite inspections with a report for real estate transactions. Free pest inspections; and termite monitoring, elimination and protection with The Sentricon System.
