Established in 1922, Catholic Charities is a state-licensed social services agency serving people in the Indiana counties of Adams, Huntington, Marshall, Noble, Wabash, Wells, Allen, Dekalb and Elkhart. As a diocese of Fort Wayne, the organization provides help to individuals, families, civic groups, widows and orphans.
