Having helped several marketing technology-related businesses get to market, I identified that the market was lacking in multi-channel expertise. Agencies had specialties and were fighting over every dollar of the company's marketing budget. The issue is that a balanced marketing strategy that fully leverages all mediums is what drives the cost per lead down, and increases acquisition and retention. I launched DK New Media to help companies do just that.
