Dan Mason an entrepreneur at heart is no stranger to the the business world. His background varies widely from gymnastic coaching to martial arts, to personal banking. Being a jack of many trades he has been able to utilize all these skills to build a community of athletes that are willing to be coached to the next level. Dan's passion is to help his athletes achieve their goals, to make them stronger and better than they were the day before. So in 2012 Dan partnered with Co-Owner Darin Moon who also has a wide background in athletics and coaching. Together they would build one of Westfield's strongest fitness communities. Darin's excellent coaching and lifting techniques combined with Dan's business intuition as created and unstoppable body of athletes who Thrive on being stronger than they were the day before. Today under the coaching and leadership of Dan and Darin you are likely to find Thrivers in competition throughout the local Indianapolis area!

Who We Are-Crossfit and Powerlifting We are a group of people pursuing varying goals. Some want to improve general health. Others want to improve conditioning for sports. A few just want to see how far they can push themselves. We are moms and dads, grandmas and grandpas, single guys, and high school athletes. We believe that better movement and increased range of motion are the cornerstones of fitness and that quality coaching is a pivotal part of your experience in a fitness program. The workouts are always challenging and never boring. All classes or private trainings are coached by a certified trainer. Each workout is scaled by load and intensity but not by kind. All fitness levels from college athletes to grandmothers can participate in the same class. The coaching is supportive, enthusiastic, and welcoming to anyone who is willing to focus and put in the work. It may not be what people usually do at a gym, but it is for ordinary people looking for dramatic results. What We Do Group Training At our gym you get individual coaching in a group setting. Every group session includes a warm up, some instruction, and a workout. There is a ton of variety and positive group energy. You get personal trainers in a group setting with camaraderie to push you along. Each group session is different from the one before and every group session is structured so that no matter your fitness level you can participate. We scale repetitions and weights but we do not change the program
