It took me 15 minutes to get a cup of coffee to go and it wasn't warm at all. I inquired about the temperature and she offered to brew more I said certainly not worth the time or hassle!

This is one of my wife's favorite places to get a cup of coffee. They have a very good selection and fast service. The coffee is, of course, not cheap, but that's true of almost any coffee shop.
