Dr. Brian Foley, medical director for the Community Spine Center at Community Health Network, has extensive experience with Indiana worker’s compensation and routinely performs Independent Medical Exams and impairment ratings. In addition to treating injured workers, he has lectured internationally on a wide range of topics. He has performed thousands of diagnostic and therapeutic spinal injections under fluoroscopy. Dr. Foley is a member of the International Spine Intervention Society. He is board-certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation, electrodiagnostic medicine and pain medicine. He has been recognized by the NCQA's Back Pain Recognition Program. Dr. Foley received his bachelor of arts in chemistry from Binghamton University; he earned his medical degree from the State University of New York at Syracuse. Dr. Foley performed his internship in internal medicine and residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at Ohio State University. He practiced outpatient musculoskeletal medicine and interventional spine work in private practice before serving as an assistant professor at Indiana University School of Medicine. Dr. Foley earned his MBA from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
