The firm s hand crafted product line primarily consists of Mexican food items, and it also produces a range of other ethnic and American food items. Its retail products comprise of a variety of individually wrapped tamales under the Tango brand name. Baja Foods has been an approved food establishment for the United States Armed Forces since 2002. It produces a variety of Child Nutrition (CN) approved lunch and breakfast items for schools and also provides custom packaged food products to its clients.
