Within each building there are one and two bedroom fully carpeted units as well as full-service laundry rooms. 24-hour emergency maintenance is also available. Each unit has air conditioning and private patios or balconies. Tenants can take advantage of private storage units, copy, fax pick-up and delivery services. Small pets are allowed. Yorkville also has short-term corporate type rentals available.
