About Our ProductsWe use only hardwoods in the construction of our displays and shadow boxes. Some styles of our displays have corners with a dovetail of a contrasting wood. This is for strength and beauty. All of our displays are finished with at least three coats of polyurethane to enhance the natural beauty of the wood. Each item can be stained, if you would like, see the stain colors page for the different colors available. Each tree is unique and the wood that comes from them is also unique. Wood from the core of a tree is much darker than that from the outer portion. As a result of this, each display has its own distinctive character.
