An all-volunteer drama club which origins date back to pre-World War I days, Wheaton Drama has been at its permanent home at 111 Hale St. since 1993. Its mission is to bring quality live theater to the community, and to participate in civic, charitable and outreach programs for the greater Wheaton area. Membership is open to the public, and participants are expected to contribute time in support of the club's performances. The organization also offers educational programs and workshops for residents interested in all facets of theater, including production, performance and children's summer programs.
All first performances during the regular season are offered for free preview to area veterans' homes and assisted living facilities. Visit the club's website for current performances, membership and ticket information.
