Wayne-White Counties Electric Cooperative has been providing electricity to consumer members for over 65 years in parts of 11-counties in southern Illinois. The counties include portions of Wayne, White, Hamilton, Jefferson, Clay, Edwards, Richland, Franklin, Marion, Gallatin and Wabash counties. It provides services to over 13,000 consumers. Wayne-White Counties Electric Cooperative provides a variety of products, such as Marathon, Convect Air, TESCO and many more. It is a member of the Air Evac Lifeteam. The company provides an array of services, such as underground service installation, blower door test, security lights, energy audits, right-of-way vegetation management, geothermal systems and many more.
