This Mokena branch of the family-owned Tony's Villa Rosa Pizza is the newest of the three branches, and it is located right across from the Metra station. All of the recipes come from Joe DiSabato, who emigrated here from Italy in 1974. His son, Mauro, owns the Mokena branch of Tony's Villa Rosa, which specializes in pizza made with homemade sauce, sausage, and crust. Fresh veggies and real cheese are used in all of the dishes, and to end the meal, 32 flavors of ice cream or Italian ice are available.
