Lake Central High School
Lake Central High School, located in St. John, Ind., is a public school that offers educational and extracurricular programs to students in grades nine through 12. The school has an enrollment of more than 2,500 students and offers subjects, such as English, world literature, American history, mathematics, science, social studies, health and physical education, and fine arts. In addition, it offers foreign language courses in German, French and Spanish. The school also offers a number of sports activities, including baseball, basketball, cross-country, football, golf, gymnastics, hockey, soccer, softball, swimming, tennis, track, volleyball, wrestling and cheerleading. The parent-teacher association involves parents in a variety of community activities to aid the educational process. The institution is affiliated wth the Lake Central School Corporation.
