History
When I had my first massage at a spa in downtown Salt Lake City, I couldn't believe how much it changed the posture of my body. Several injuries later and many tough years of joint pain development have made me seek out massage therapy for general everyday wellness and stress relief. I graduated from Myotherapy College of Utah with an Emphasis in Sports Pathology and Hydrotherapy in 2004. The first 3 years I worked out of a private practice using warm compresses and body wrap to treat people suffering from fibromyalgia and arthritis. During 2007 I found my way to Chicago and spent 7 more years working in the spa industry. Having discovered my joy of private practice once again and with 10+ years worth of CEU's in Anatomy, Lymphatic Drainage, Trigger Point, Sports and Reflexology, I have the tools to assist you release muscle tension from sports training, overwork and postural stress.
