After 10 successful years in business, on 12/31/13 The Waterhouse opened in this new location which offers four venues! The venues at The Waterhouse are: Warehouse Room - Exposed brick walls, hardwood floor, tin tile ceiling, and wood poles. Seating up to 200. Ballroom - Elegant banquet space with an indoor balcony with urban downtown views through the glass Atrium and an outdoor balcony with a beautiful view of the Illinois River. Seating up to 300. Washington Room - Ceremony space only for booked reception clients. Seating up to 140. Broadway Lounge - Similar feel as the Warehouse Room. Perfect for a rehearsal dinner! Seating up to 100.
