HistoryThe Ignite Fitness High Quality Movement Training Program was developed over the last 8 years to bring together several facets of fitness. Head Coach Nicholas Karavolos started to develop this program over 8 years ago while working at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago then moving on to coach at the division one level and work for several major fitness centers. Nicholas created a program that provides the attention to detail necessary through physical therapy and the high level of training achieved by division 1 athletes to the general population.
