History
TOC was designed as a high level combat sport training center for Olympic and other competitive athletes as well as individuals from the community looking to reach personal fitness goals. With the popularity of MMA fighting seen on programs like the UFC, Pride and Strikeforce, amateur athletes in various Olympic combat sports have been given an amazing opportunity to continue careers at a professional level. Keeping these goals in mind, TOC offers top level instruction through exciting classes based on the disciplines of boxing, muay thai, MMA fighting, jujitsu, judo, grappling, wrestling as well as individual sport strength & conditioning and one-on-one personal training. Students are welcome at any experience level and are paired with students of similar levels. Because MMA is predominantly a man's sport, TOC has designed an environment that is welcoming and safe for women who want the type of workout that is both challenging and rewarding.
