The Frank Govern Memorial Golf Course is a popular course with longtime residents of Evanston. Formerly called Peter N Jans, the course underwent a name change several years ago. Situated along the lakefront in northern Evanston, this course is regarded as a beautiful casual course. The course has a feeling of being integrated into the neighborhood, given its proximity to local homes.
