Led by executive chef Troy Jorge and proprietor Sam Plotnick, the restaurant serves a 5-course tasting menu ($85) available Tuesday-Thursday and a 10-course tasting menu ($155) of progressive American cuisine. Temporis--the 'passage of time' in Latin--embraces the evolution of seasons and ingredients, drawing inspiration in part from a hydroponic garden in the basement. The diverse beverage program offers standard and reserve wine pairings, a full wine list and a selection of cocktails, beer, digestifs and spirit-free beverages. Temporis is open Tues-Sat, 5 p.m. until the last seating at 9 p.m.
