1 of the 2 windows that fell on top of me while I was sleeping. Won't lock. Barely holds AC unit.

the tub when filled with neighbor's shower water and pipe dirt (this came UP from the drain)

my tub was likely "fixed" 2 days later in order to show viewings of my apartment, not because they care about me (the tenant)

the ceiling leak that travels along the outlet on the wall. I love not knowing if I'll be electrocuted or not...the thrill, man!
