Located just south of the St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, the St. Francis de Sales Ministry Center contains administrative offices, conference rooms and meeting areas for Church personnel and volunteers. The St. Vincent de Paul Food Pantry is also located within the Ministry Center. The center was formerly the site of the Ela Area Public Library.
