History
Spectrum Bar and Grill was opened by a young Greek Cypriot, Andreas. After coming to the U.S. from the far-far away island of Cyprus and finishing college, he decided to attempt to live the American dream out and open his own business and thus, Spectrum was born! Originally named after a sports stadium, Andy was determined to create a sports bar that gave customers a great experience overall. So in addition to having a well-stocked bar, much emphasis has been placed on providing great quality food for customers. Owner Andy definitely has incorporated his love for cooking amazing food into his business, which is evident in the extensive menu of great food. Fun Fact: After working with Andy at Spectrum, his brother Angelo traveled back to Cyprus where he opened Spectrum's 'brother bar' Spectrum Pub.
