In concept and in execution, Sen Sushi Bar is a minimalist but elegant restaurant in the Southtown Business District. Owned and operated by Executive Chef Chai Chaiprasert and his wife Varanye, the space and menu is designed to embody a comfortable but simple ambiance with muted colors and elegant plates. Fresh seafood is bought and transported to the Sen daily. Highlights on the menu include miso soup, seaweed salad, Sashimi Deluxe and the Red Dragon Maki.
