Recording for the Blind and Dyslexic is a volunteer, nonprofit organization serving people with visual impairments or dyslexia that make reading standard print difficult or impossible. It is the foremost accessible audio textbook library for people with print disabilities.

RFB&D is always looking for volunteer readers. Ideal candidates should have an interest in reading, good speaking skills, and the willingness to go through the training program. Volunteers can read large portions of a book or small sections. Those with specific interests, expertise in an specialty area (math or history, for example), or fluency in a foreign language are highly desired.
