Situated on a hill in a residential neighborhood, the Raupp Museum offers three substantial galleries that offer a look at Buffalo Grove's past. Visitors will learn about the Native Americans who settled in the area in the 1830s, followed by pioneers, dairy farmers and the growth of suburban life. The galleries showcase a number of child-friendly and hands-on exhibits. The museum's collection includes more than 5,000 artifacts that have been donated by residents over the years.
