Quality Truck & Equipment Co. was founded in 1967 by Norval Stahly and formerly located at Stahly Truck City on Veterans parkway and Mercer Avenue. The business was later purchased by Terry Stahly and is now located in the old Eureka vacuum plant on Route 150/Morrissey Avenue in Bloomington, Illinois.
