Pilates at Quads is a private Pilates studio which is located inside Quads Gym, serving clients in the Lakeview area. All Pilates equipment in the studio is made by Gratz Manufacturing, and all instructors are Romanas Pilates certified. Sessions are available in private, semi-private and group mat settings, as well as the Tower Trios course for three individuals who have completed either the mat class or 10 private sessions. First-time clients receive an introductory rate of four private sessions for $200; a full listing of rates is available on the website.
