Never had any trouble here. My order is always correct, it's prepared quickly, they let you pay with your card in store if you select cash while ordering online, they'll let you split the bill...

Ordered a pizza online. The pizza tracker says it was ready. Walked in and waited another 20 minutes for it. A medium pizza takes an hour to make apparently. The people working there are clueless....
