It's official. They died and didn't tell anyone. Check out their site. Those of us who bought in advance are asked to request refunds via our method of payment. BOO!

Same experience in Toronto. However we received an email saying the company is restructuring... voicemail is full. And delivery may start in two weeks. We want our money back as well.
