Morini's Meat Market sells all the fixings, including noodles, hamburger buns, cheeses, and sauces. But of course their specialty is the meat to go with it. Morini's sells only Triple A beef and makes their sausage in-house. The cooler of fresh meat in the back of the room is stocked with three kinds of kabob, steaks and pork, all of which can be cut to order. However, the most-desired item is the mock chicken legs, which are ground pork on a stick battered with bread crumbs and chicken seasoning.
Each day Morini's offers a choice of four soups: chicken noodle, turkey and rice, liver dumpling and oxtail. The store also stocks Daisy brand lunch meats.
