Messina Group was originally incorporated in 1971 as BECO, Inc. BECO's temporary staffing business evolved over the years with a local focus on temporary staffing of Engineering & Manufacturing Professionals, Architecture & Engineering Professionals, Financial & Accounting Professionals (Financial Temps) and Laboratory, Scientific & Chemical Professionals (Lab Temps) under the corporate umbrella of The BECO Group. In 2013, current CEO, Michael Parks, relaunched the company as Messina Group expanding the Staffing Division to include Project Management, IT and Digital Marketing. Additionally, he added the Messina Group Consulting Division. Combined, these two divisions provide customers a full suite of People, Process and Technology initiatives through professional staffing offerings and consulting services.
