John Walsh founded MSC and with his two sons, operates the full service marina. His wife, Barbara, founded Elite Yachts, also located at the marina, and sells new and used boats, including Azimut.

MSC has been here since 1983 servicing the Chicago area, as well as Wisconsin, Indiana, Michigan, and the Illinois River System. We are just nine miles from Lake Michigan on the Calumet River at Mile Marker 329. We provide a wide range of products and services including Yacht Sales, Boat Service and Storage, Slip Rentals and a complete Ship Store for all of your boating needs. MSC is an official dealer of Westerbeke, Volvo Penta, Kohler and Mercury products.
