At the age of 4 I remember standing in the kitchen watching my mom make breakfast, lunch, and dinner. She always made it from scratch. I mean the doughs, the sauces, the soups and rous. I loved watching her and thats where my passion was born. I've been cooking now for over 20 years and am expanding my pallette daily. I love to create art thru cooking and give every individual the most top notch and grand tasting experience with every dish.
