Lydia Deleo's success is built on a strong business foundation having worked in the financial service sector for 14 years with Fidelity Investments in their Institutional Sales Division in both sales & marketing, as well as has completed all 5 components of the CFP (Certified Financial Planner). She left the financial services industry to stay home while her children were small, at which time she discovered she had a passion for real estate, an eye for design and was motivated by helping people achieved their real estate dream. In 2002 Lydia decided to get her sales license, but did not pursue real estate full time until 2009 at which time she has since added the SFR designation (Short Sales & Foreclosures) & CNS (Certified Negotiation Specialist) and most recently became a licensed broker, as she is a proponent of knowledge is power and strives to stay on top of the latest industry trends.
