Love the study rooms but wish they'd be cleaned. Most staff very friendly, just don't cross the one unfriendly lady.

Customer service is pretty weak at this location, especially compared to the Near North location on Division where everyone is so nice. No smiles or pleasant greetings from staff at the LP branch...
