Lin Shook & Perceptual Motion Dance Company offers Adult Modern dance classes for adults in our studio at 4057 N. Damen Ave. and is available to teach at other locations. We conduct after school programs and dance residencies for children at various venues as well as through Urban Gateways. Modern dance performances and concerts are held at such venues as Links Hall, Ruth Page Center for the Performing Arts, Harold Washington Library and Hamlin Park Studio Theatre. The company annually produces Dancing in the Square, a mini dance performance and interactive event in the NorthCenter Town Square. Tai Chi Chuan classes for Elders are held at several sites, including Weiss Hospital, Galter LifeCenter, Mather Edgewater and at the Breakers Retirement Apartments.
