LGN is a 6,600 square foot training facility in Elgin, IL. We offer group and private training services for adults and youth athletes. Our facility includes a spacious gym area, restrooms and a drinking fountain available for member use. Our gym space is equipped with a variety of training tools including indoor turf, power racks, barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and a variety of weighted balls and resistance bands. Our highly-educated staff is is dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness and performance goals.
