At KNOW-HOWE Home Services, Inc. we are large enough to service multiple sites and calls at the same time and small enough to still maintain great customer service direct, for you, with our owner and customer service manager Timothy Howe. The reason we strive to maintain this balance is that is where other companies fail on performance. We also decided to eliminate travel costs and provide superior response times because we service only an approximate area of 25 miles. Large companies will maintain enough employees to respond quickly to a call, but the employees lack experience, and may be learning how on your project, at your expense. Most of the time they also do not have a vested interest to encourage A++ performance each and every time. Small one/two man shops, even though you get the best combination of experience and vested interest, lack the manpower to provide same day service. They are comfortable with the size of their operation and you may have to wait for service.
