ESP Baseball & Softball Training's philosophy is to train the total athlete. It has strength and endurance training facilities and a baseball complex that includes multiple (five) medium, 55 foot and 70 foot-long tunnels that give the athlete a realistic batting experience, no matter their age or skill level. Its automatic pitching machines (four) are augmented with a manual softball-pitching machine to provide adequate access for the individual "drop-in" athlete or an entire team. In addition to automated baseball skills machines, ESP has an expanded area to practice infield activities and simulate real-game situations. Special sections provide for pitching, catching, hitting and general throwing drills practice. With an extensive indoor facility, one can prepare for baseball season long before the snow melts.
